Tools and Materials
1/4 cup olive oil

Wake-Up Scrub How-To:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; using a fork, thoroughly blend. Transfer the scrub to a wide mouthed jar, and store in a cool place until ready to use. The scrub will keep for one to two weeks, longer if refrigerated.

2. While showering, apply handfuls of the coffee scrub to wet skin in circular motions, starting at the feet and working up.   As the excitement died down with in Kyli she lay down on the warm, soft grass and slept.
  "Kyli! Kyli!" her dad said a little louder and with more urgency, as her shook her gently.
  "Uh! Wha! oh its you dad" Kyli replied sleeply. "At first I thought that it might be the Triax clan coming back for me."
  "Kyli are you ok?"
  "Yes tired and really hungry" said Kyli as she stood, stretched and yawned.
  Her dad commonly called "Dud" didn't tell her that had witnessed the whole episode. He was happy that he had been there because this was something that her mom and he had been waiting for, for a very long time.
   Kyli's parents knew that their offspring had a chance of being able to transform into some kind of animal although the kind was unknown.
   "Mum should have breakfast finished by the time we get back" said Dud.
   Kyli mentally called the Ziilots as Dud finished putting on his air breather on that was used for flying at higher altitudes.
    The flight back home was uneventful and Dud was right. Breakfast was ready. The smell of Kuhla, a hot drink similar to the Old Worlds coffee, made Kyli hurry even faster into the dining area. Lying out on the table was a heavenly spread of food. Her favorites, were sitting there, Bluntberry cakes, fried Argo eggs and of course Kuhla. Argo's are a bird much like the Old World chicken but a much sturdier breed.

   Kyli had been instructed by her father since she was little to never venture out on her own unprotected and without letting some know where she was going. Today she knew why these instructions had been given to her and she knew that she had ignored both of them.
As Kyli looked around her she could see the men inching their way towards her as they began to circle around . Their eyes bore into her with such hatred that the hair on her arms and neck stood at attention,not one hair lying down on the job. The longer she stood, the closer they came and the more the fear in her increased. Kyli found herself fighting an urge to growl. So strong was this urge that the next thing she heard was a ferocious growl,low and threatening. As the growl tore out of her she realized that she wanted to tear them apart. Rip them from limb to limb, thus rendering their bodies useless. By this time Kyli was as confused as she was scared. She thought to herself "Where are these thought coming from?"
   Kyli looked at the men, who she now realized were Triax men, they were doing the strangest thing.
Their jaws were dropping as in utter surprise as they began to mumble and back away from her as if they were afraid.
    All that they could do was grunt and whimper. "This is strange" Kyli thought to herself. Triax men stood around five feet, three inches and weighed about 170 lbs. That was 170lbs of lean, strong muscles that would hurt someone if they got a hold of them. These guys were staring as in total confusion and were backing away instead of advancing.
    Kyli looked at her hands and became as shocked as the men were. These were not her hands they were paws! Paws with four inch claws attached and upon further investigation she realized that she was on all fours." Fours of what? What was going on?" thought Kyli. In front of her was a pond and after surveying herself in it, she wanted nothing more than to run from the animal she saw peering back at her. Some type of cat, mountain lion, puma, panther, something. This animal had a fur that was golden with reddish brindle stripes running from the center of its back down midway of its sides. Fangs were jutting from the mouth resembling a saber tooth tiger. All of a sudden Kyli felt extremely exhausted and laid down to rest.

      The air was brisk as Kyli enter into the other side of the rift. As she dropped out of the clouds on her Ziilot the sight before her was stunning, Almost beyond belief. Beneath her was a cobalt blue river flowing towards a large falls. The river was decorated with large trees that sported vibrant colors of greens and yellows, swaying gently in the morning breeze. The river was flanked bright yellows encased in velvet green leaves, red cone shaped flowers with light brown stems, again swaying to the music of the wind.
      The flight became even more breath taking for Kyli as she flew closer to the ground. The water from the river weaved her way through the rocks at the top and fell into a deep pool at the bottom, spraying the surrounding rocks and boulders so ever playfully.
       As Kyli landed next to the pool she noticed tha once again there were floweres similiar to what she had seen along the river up above. There was lush green grass, trees that seemed to have been there forever. Some of the trees had dark green leaves, while others were dressed with a vibrant yellow mixed with a deep red at the tips.

A LETTER OF INTRODUCTION

    Hi, let me properly introduce to you  the blogger here. Katrina Castleton,  aka the baby blogger.
   A little background history; My profession is Truck Driver. My pride and joys are a five year old grandson, whom I have custody of and my eight year old shizt Tzu.
    For the past six weeks or so I have started up three e-commerce sites. This all led me to places like Twitter, Facebook (in a professional manner), Pintrist,  and Instagram.
    Twitter spooked me before I ever got involved with it and now I find it to be extremely informative. 
     I started using these different media outlets to promote Here-To-Please-You.com.  In doing this some of the people follow I do so because I need to be up on the latest fashions, skin care tips, products, just to name a few.
    Thanks to many excellent written articles I am learning about SEO's and no I don't have one for each category yet.
     I am learning that some videos would be great but... don't know how to make one using still pics.
    I am hoping that my navigational tools are getting better. Truly can't say for even though I have had visitors, no feed back.

The wonderful world of overload!

   I find that for those of us who have short attention spans, todays information and the many manners in which to receive it can be exciting.
    For me it is like being in a book store with unlimited rescourses at my fingertips. Everything is free or costs an email address. I can digest one topic until bored and then within seconds be totally engrossed in something else.
   I keep reading about content, content, content. Which leaves my brain to ponder and wildly wonder. Hmmm content... content as in a retail web-site? Does that mean the more the better or are we talking content of an article?
  Another thought is the word "content" referring to how many people you have on your subscription list? Did you get them because of your great content in your campaigns?
   For me blogging, content, emails and the like are interesting subjects that I will learn more about. I know this because our world is offering us a vast sea of knowledge for the taking.

Ham and Egg Crescent Bake 

 

  Whether you need an easy brunch dish or a quick idea for breakfast or dinner, this yummy egg bake feeds and pleases a crowd!

  can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Crescent Recipe Creations™ refrigerated seamless dough sheet

  cup chopped red bell pepper

  1 1/2

  cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (6 oz) 

  

  Step 1 of 4 Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough, and press into bottom and 1 inch up sides of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. If using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal. Prick all over with fork.

  Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until dough is set but not browned

  

  Step 3 Of  4 
  In medium bowl, beat eggs; pour into dough-lined pan. Top with ham, bell pepper and cheese.

  Step 4 Of 4 Bake 17 to 22 minutes longer or until eggs are set and crust browns.

  Wondering if you can reheat a couple of leftover pieces? Eggs don't rewarm in the microwave so well, but 20 to 25 minutes in a 300-degree oven will evenly heat the casserole while keeping the crust nice and crispy as well.
